WAAD Designs: Uprising Qatari Fashion Brand

WAAD Designs is the definition of simple elegance, which was her motto for her first full collection. Her collection had a bit of everything, from Abayas to statement clothing pieces and much more. Many of her pieces are already sold out but she also caters to her clients needs and does whatever the client is looking for.

I wrote an article about the inspirational designer and you can read all about it in Glam Magazine's September issue.

All the clothing in the article is designed by Waad Ali. The photo's in the article were taken at Sharq Village and Spa by the amazing photographer Reem Al Kafoud .

Leighton Meester at Tiffany & Co. on Fashion Night Out

Leighton Meester spent her Fashion Night Out at the Tiffany’s & Co. store in New York. The 25-year-old actress didn't just attend the event but also had a performed at the event with her Check in the Dark bandmates! I love Leighton Meester's style but at this event honestly speaking her dress was hideous! It was like she was going to the beach or something. However, she still looks beautiful, face-wise at least.

What do you guys think of her outfit? Love it or Hate it?

Favorite Fashion Week Look

Who: Sarah Jessica Parker

Where: Manolo Blahnik store in Manhattan at their Fashion's Night Out event in New York.

Why I love this look: In this photo Sarah Jessica Parker is wearing a black featherweight leather
dress with laser cut hand-laced bodice and pleated skirt from Prabal Gurung's Fall 2011 collection. This dress looks phenomenal on her! This look is chic and stylish. She kept her hair simple with a side-swept ponytail. Kudos to SPJ and her stylist for her complete outfit.

Marilyn Monroe for Dior

I think this is one of my favorite perfume ads this season! This new J'Adore ad includes Charlize Theron and Marilyn Monroe. I love the feel the video has and the excitement and elegance it portrays. We get a glimpse of Theron first breezing into the mirror halls in Versailles to prepare for a runway show, which gives the whole video more charm. I don't want to tell you all the details of the video, you guys just watch and see!

Celeb look of the day

Who: Kim Kardashian

Where: Outside of the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City for their appearance on "The Late Show with David Letterman."

Why I love this look: I am loving Kim Kardashian here! This look is sexy, sophisticated and stylish all in one. I mean it doesn't get any better than that! Kim can sometimes make bad decisions in some of her outfits but who doesn't? This is such a simple look but it's cute and subtle. Although, she does add a bit of color to spice it up with the Chanel timeless bag in light teal. The one piece that really goes amazingly with the outfit and standout are her snake skin Louboutins!

Are you guys loving it? Or hating it? I would love to know what you guys think!

Anne Hathaway: The new face of Tod's

Anne Hathaway always seizes' to wow us, in the acting world and now in the fashion industry!

The pictures were just released earlier today, giving us a peak at the new collection of Tod's handbags.

The ad campaign was shot in London by hot photography duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. This ad show our it girl with a bit of edge. We're used to seeing Hathaway as a bubble and girly person. However, in this campaign she looks completely different and this luscious look works for her. We'll be seeing more sexy edginess from the 28-year-old actress in the new Batman movie 'Dark Knight Rises' as the alluring Catwomen.

Tod's signature collection will be hitting stores in October featuring handbags and small leather goods available in colorful choices including deep red, fuchsia, electric blue, violet and black. According to the brand this collection is aimed at a ‘new and younger clientele’.
